Meet Mr. Mushtaq Hussain, the Founder and CEO of SM TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC, a leading
maintenance fit-out and interior design company in Dubai. With 18 years of dedicated service in the
Pakistan Air Force, Mr. Hussain transitioned to the UAE after retirement to establish this company,
bringing his commitment to excellence into a new realm. Over the past 22 years, he has successfully
delivered numerous projects, earning a solid reputation in the industry. Mr. Hussain’s unwavering
dedication and focus on quality inspires his team to achieve exceptional results, ensuring that SM
TECHNICAL SERVICES remains a benchmark for customer satisfaction and innovation in the field.
Meet Mr. Aamir Hussain, Co-Owner & Project Director: Mr. Aamir Hussain stands as a cornerstone of
our company, embodying the vision and dedication that have guided us for many years. His unwavering
commitment has consistently propelled our company forward.
Meet Mr. Shayan Khan, Business Development Director: A dynamic addition to our team, Mr. Shayan
Khan brings a wealth of experience from his years in the BPO industry. Prior to his tenure with us, he
mentored numerous new employees, showcasing his leadership skills. His foresight in aligning our
company with modern trends and attracting new clients has been pivotal in our growth trajectory.
Meet the Interior designer backbone of our company Miss Simona Giacalone: She is from Italy!!! Let’s
hear it from her: 7 years in a design corporate environment taught me this: follow your passion. After
developing and executing over 100 commercial projects, from corporate offices to modern, boutique
hotels, concept stores, and F&B spaces between Europe and the Middle East, I started my freelancing
career in 2024 to follow what actually I am passionate about: residential spaces. My background taught
me to deal with different stakeholders, studying how to put into drawings the different personalities and
needs of my clients. Today my mission stays the same: delivering a human-centric approach design.
Listening and collaborating are key factors when I embark on a design journey. I approach each project
with a collaborative mindset, believing that every space has the potential to be transformed into a
beautiful and functional environment. Whether it’s a cozy bedroom or a stylish living room I create
spaces that are tailored to the style and personality of my clients
